Tom McConnell brings a unique blend of discipline, dedication, and a service-oriented mindset to the real estate industry, shaped by his 20-year tenure as a veteran in the United States Air Force. After retiring, Tom transitioned his commitment to service into real estate, where he has excelled, consistently ranking in the top 5% of agents in terms of sales production. His passion for helping others led him to establish Patriot Real Estate Partners on May 11, 2021. Under his and John Luterman’s leadership, the team has not only thrived but has also been recognized with the prestigious Team Platinum Award 2023.

Tom has been married for 18 years to his wife, he is a proud father to two daughters, Hayley and Hannah.
