My name is Sabrina Byrum, I made an early decision in life to always be nice because you never know who you may be speaking with, combining it with Personality, Passion and Perseverance. I became a realtor in 2019 and began my real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee, After relocating back home in 2022, I also went back to school and got my Virginia and North Carolina real estate licenses. I have a background of NFL cheerleading, a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, owning a marketing/promotional business owner, and also a former Team Leader for KW where I oversaw the day to day operations. I come from a very dynamic background, have a huge heart for people, a beautiful one year old daughter and a mind that dreams big. These talent's I have been able to use in my industry of real estate. Discipline, responding quickly, creativity, leadership, and having strong business relationships/connections. I am very personal and believe in going the extra mile. I also love to build up confident clients, and you need to know that when you're with me, you're being led through often difficult negotiations, receiving a wealth of resources, and recieving a family friend for life. Guaranteed.
Happy Clients.
"We had the pleasure of working with John Luterman who is an exceptional real estate agent who demonstrated the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire process. He and Tom were always available to answer any questions we had, regardless of the time of day. Their dedication to keeping us informed and involved in every step of the journey was truly commendable. Not only did our real estate agent find us our dream home, but they also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported in our new city. Their genuine care and attentiveness made us feel like we were more than just clients – we felt like we were gaining friends. I highly recommend this real estate agent to anyone in search of a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable professional. Their commitment to excellence and their ability to turn the daunting task of finding a new home into an enjoyable experience is truly remarkable. Thank you for helping us find our perfect home and making us feel at ease throughout the entire process."

"We love working with Tom and Csilla to secure our dream home in the perfect location. They have been supportive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They are personable and over a short time really nailed down what we were looking for. They entrusted us to make the best decision for ourselves but always advised us when we were uncertain on aspects of the home. It helps that Tom has experience in investment properties as well so his knowledge extends beyond buying and selling. 100% recommend this broker."

"Stacey and Tom, best duo I’ve ever worked with. They both accommodated to all my needs (especially considering I’m an active duty military member) and made the process of selling my home as painless and as quick as possible. We listed my home on a Thursday and it was under contract before the weekend was up. Great negotiation and communication skills. I would highly recommend to any and everyone."

"Thomas and Stacey are AMAZING. Highly recommend them if you are in search of a home. Great communication from them to us, they advise on what to look out for, especially for us as first time homeowners and what that looks like from appraisal to closing. Again, we had a great experience with them and highly recommend you consider them for your next home purchase."

"You could not find a better, more patient, and dedicated team! Our family is forever grateful over the team’s patience and understanding. So if you're on the fence of whether this is the right team for you, you can stop wondering; they are. Thank you, Lindsey, Tom, & John! Our family remains forever grateful!"

"Highly recommend! Tom and Lindsey came through for us big time, as we bought sight unseen from halfway across America in a ridiculously competitive market. They always made themselves available to us, never hesitating to set up FaceTime showings for homes we were interested in. When the perfect home came on the market, they got us a same day showing and then helped us craft a winning offer in an incredibly competitive situation. Also, they really do mean it when they say “service never stops at sold.” Tom and Lindsey took care of a handful of things for us while we were still out of state to help make our move-in a breeze."

"From the moment Tom and his team took on the sale of our home, it was clear they were in a league of their own. Moving out of state before the sale was complete could have left us feeling overwhelmed, but Tom handled every detail with a personal touch and unmatched dedication, ensuring the process was smooth from start to finish. His approach went far beyond the standard duties of a real estate agent, as he creatively overcame each challenge that came our way. The effort Tom and his team poured into our sale behind the scenes made all the difference, turning a potentially stressful time into a seamless experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares. Their hard work and personalized attention were deeply appreciated. A huge thank you to Tom and his dedicated team for everything!"

"Going back to Tom McConnell and Patriot Real Estate for my second home was a no-brainer. Tom really outdid himself again, showing just how much he cares and how smooth he makes the whole process. It's impressive how he always finds the right people to help out, from getting a loan to the final inspection, making sure everything feels more like an exciting journey rather than just buying a house. The way Tom and his team supported and guided me through every step was incredible. Finding someone who puts in so much effort and passion into their work is rare. So, whether you're buying your first home or your next, I can't recommend Tom enough. His professionalism, energy, and dedication really make him stand out in the world of real estate."

"I highly recommend Monica and her team; she is the best! I was a first time home buyer in a competitive market and needed a realtor whom I could trust. Right off the bat Monica distinguished herself with the energy and devotion required to compete in today's market. Immediately I knew she was the agent for me. Monica made me a priority and would respond rapidly and communicate effectively helping me to view and place an offer on the perfect home. In addition she tactfully quelled my excitement in order to strategically negotiate terms and price for the offer and the inspection to ensure I would receive the best deal possible. Monica is an expert and professional when it comes to real estate and would be my recommendation to any and all future home buyers and sellers. I was lucky to have Monica as my agent working diligently for me and can not thank her enough for her services."

"This is my second time working with Tom McConnell, my first working with Sabrina Byrum. This team did not disappoint, we came in as the real winners when our appraisal was over what we purchased our house at, steal of a find in the real estate world & my family couldn’t be happier with where we at. They took the time to know us, find what we were looking for and help us to get to a place that will allow for our family to grow comfortably in our new space. Highly recommend this team for all home buying needs."

"I just closed on my home and I could not be happier with the Patriot Real Estate team. It was my first home purchase and working with Tom as my agent made the experience easier and smoother than I ever expected it could be. From the start of the process I felt like everything I needed and every question I had was expertly answered and handled just right. We found a great home for me and every step of the way the team was there working with me to get exactly what I needed. Again, I couldn't be happier with my experience and will 100% be recommending them to anyone needing any real estate services in the future."

"We are a military family that bought sight unseen for the first time. Tom & Kelly worked tirelessly to find our family the perfect home in this insanely competitive market. They are an honest, hard working team. We never felt any pressure to make offers and always felt like they truly had our best interest in mind. Even after we closed on our home, Tom was there to help us make it perfect before our household goods arrived. Highly recommend working with this amazing team of awesome people!"
