John Luterman is a husband, a father, and a military veteran of 22 years. He applies the same principles and dedication he applied to his time in the Air Force to the real estate industry. Before leaving the service, he met his business partner Tom McConnell, and a powerhouse team was born. Upon retirement, John focused his sights on the real estate market where he found early success culminating in ranking in the top 4% in production and volume for 2023. Under Tom and John’s guidance, the Patriot Real Estate Partners team captured the Keller Williams Platinum team award and was the #2 team in overall production for 2023.

John is happily married to his wife of 22 years, Crystal. They have two children Alexia and Xavier. During his military career, he moved eight times, all over the globe. John brings that worldly experience and insight to the benefit of his clients. He ensures that his clients find homes that they genuinely love and that represent a sound investment for their future, and that align with their personal objectives.
