I’m James and life has brought me to a point of enjoying projects, motorsports, and real estate. I grew up with a father that was in the Army and as most times it naturally is, I too joined, before graduating high school. The Army took me to quite a few places and allowed me to experience a lot. I enjoy projects to keep me occupied. Motorsports for fun, thrill, and community. And real estate because I enjoy helping people and driving, with the added benefit of building connections everywhere.

My real estate journey started with being in financial woes and a friend giving me a book, which led to discovering Robert Kiyosaki. I shortly thereafter bought my first
house. After meeting some friends, and with the decision to leave the military, the
opportunity to rent my first house became an option. However, just renting was too
passive and I wanted to get more involved. With the grace of significant moments
aligning, I was introduced to the Patriot Real Estate Partners and Keller Williams and
haven’t looked back. To be able to serve those that serve, as well as the greater
population in general, with the help of an incredible team, is an amazing experience.
